  • At House of Stoush, our coaching is built on experience, discipline, and proven boxing methodology. Our trainers bring years of hands-on experience in boxing and athlete development, delivering structured sessions designed to improve technique, conditioning, and performance. Every session is focused on helping you progress with purpose.

  • Develop a strong foundation in boxing through structured, technical training. Learn correct stance, footwork, punch mechanics, and defensive movement. Mastery of these fundamentals is essential to building an effective and well-rounded boxing skillset.

  • Refine your skills through controlled sparring and targeted pad work. These sessions are designed to develop timing, accuracy, defensive awareness, and ring IQ. Under the guidance of our coaches, you’ll apply your training in a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment.

  • Boxing demands complete physical and mental preparation. Our conditioning is built to increase endurance, strength, speed, and recovery—ensuring you can perform at a high level, round after round. We train for resilience, grit, and the ability to execute under fatigue.
